Switch-Up Challenge 2016
London, United Kingdom
Prompted by contemporary news coverage of worsening air quality in the United Kingdom, our group proposed an open-source architecture for a distributed pollution-sensor network. The aim was to provide low-cost, hyper-localized monitoring and analysis using economies of scale and off-the-shelf components. After reaching the final round of presentations we were very pleased to come second in the competition.
